This problem is due to the additional 'Protected Mode' setting in Adobe 10.
Steps to fix the problem:
1) Open a PDF document and click 'Edit' > 'Preferences'.
2) In the 'General' section make sure that 'Enable Protected Mode at startup' is unchecked.
3) Close the PDF document and then re-open it. When you click 'Save to SharePoint', the
MacroView DMF 'SharePoint Save' menu will load as expected.
